How Does Virtual Personal Training Work?

Before starting your virtual personal training, fill out our health screening questionnaire, one of our team will help you and understand your needs, and then our certified personal trainer will be assigned. Your trainer will arrange an online meeting with you to discuss your personal health goals and develop a fitness plan that you can stick to. Then, depending on the schedule, you can start training together on zoom or google meet.

Your virtual personal trainer will also be a crash health professional. This means they will be ready to give you dietary advice and answer any questions you may have about achieving your health goals by text, phone, or video chat 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
